Hey, there beautiful people!!! So for this week, her/his majesty The Wheel has provided us with the opportunity to have our say on a celebrity/ies topic. The people who’ll be mentioned here may not be celebrities as such, but they were participating in the X Factor, the most popular singing competition in the planet, a competition that has produced a number of celebrities. So yeah, for me once you’re in it, you’ve become a celebrity!

So for those following this year’s UK X Factor, you might have noticed that 1 act was missing last weekend that act being Brooks Way. The two twin brothers that made it through to live shows on the second time of asking, following their failed attempt two years ago, did not singing on the night. The reason for their absentee was claims that Josh, one of the two brothers had abused of ex-girlfriend, Amelia Clarke. Very naughty boy, Josh! These allegations stated that Josh left his ex with black eyes, bite marks, and bruising as well as a broken nose following the incident.

Following this, X factor investigated the case and the two parties decided that it’s best for the two twins as well as for the competition for them to leave the competition and on Monday they left the competitor’s house by mutual consent. Upon their dismissal, Mr. Simon Cowell’s crew brought back Four of Diamonds, a girl group who just missed out making through to live shows in Louis Walsh’s house in Ibiza. So the question is, what do I think of all this?

Well, first of all, I think that at judges’ houses as well as in the due course of the competition so far, Four of Diamonds seemed to me as a better pick to me then the two twins but… Josh did say that even though not allegations are true, he was sorry of what he did. So, by that I understand that he did actually abused in some way of another of his ex. If that is the case given the popularity and the possible wealth that celebrities who started off by participating in X Factor earn, I think it was the right thing to do for the competition to detach themselves from the duo for the time being.

Don't get too emotional, alright, it wasn't as dramatic as this for sure. It wass more like this...

Apart from that, I really hope that these two get back on their feet and put their careers in music back on track. Sometimes what makes you stick out from the rest is being honest and admitting one’s mistakes, so hopefully Josh can clear the mess he created in this whole saga and together with his brother try and find a way of reviving their talent. And oh … I feel really really sorry for Kyle, he must have felt distraught following him getting discharged off the competition because of his brother’s wrongdoings. Josh must be like...

So, that’s it for today. Would you have done the same thing if you were in charge of X factor? Drop us a comment with your thoughts and until the wheel decides our next topic I’ll pop up our trademark farewell signature! Ta daaaa!!!
